Five UW–Madison energy experts named to 2018 "Highly Cited" list

Five researchers from UW–Madison and the Wisconsin Energy Institute (WEI) have been named to Clarivate Analytics’ 2018 list of “Highly Cited Researchers.” Those named include James Dumesic, professor of chemical and biological engineering; George Huber, professor of chemical and biological engineering; Song Jin, associate professor of chemistry; John Ralph, professor of biochemistry; and Shannon Stahl, professor of chemistry.

According to Clarivate Analytics, the list “identifies the most frequently cited researchers as determined by the extent to which their papers have supported, influenced, inspired and challenged other researchers around the globe. It identifies authors who have consistently won peer approval from international researchers in the form of high citation counts.”
