The Wisconsin Energy Institute (WEI) and its partner the Great Lakes Bioenergy Research Center (GLBRC) offer opportunities for elementary, middle, and high school educators to bring real-world research in clean energy into their classrooms.
WEI develops classroom and nonformal educational materials for students in elementary school up to the undergraduate level. The materials are oriented around a number of core themes, including inquiry-based learning, scientific thought and analysis, and the conservation of matter and energy.
WEI welcomes you and your group to the University of Wisconsin–Madison Campus. Explore energy with hands-on educational experiences, tour a laboratory, or meet our scientists.
