Jonathan Patz is a globally renowned climate change and environmental health expert and a member of the National Academy of Medicine. He has served as a lead author on several United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) reports and shared in the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize given to the IPCC and Al Gore. His research focuses on the health effects of global environmental change.
