Greg Nellis' research focuses on cryogenic refrigeration systems including mixed gas JT systems, reverse-Brayton systems, pulse-tubes, and hybrid cryocoolers. He has also worked on thermal-fluid problems in semiconductor manufacturing including immersion lithography, EUV lithography, and nanoimprint. More recently, Nellis has become involved in projects related to refrigeration technology for industry and heat pump systems.
