Paul Meier is a senior scientist at the Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies, where he leads industry project development and conducts energy sector, climate, and air quality research. Paul has developed multiple online decision support tools for environmental and economic analysis of the electricity sector, heavy-duty freight, light-duty vehicles, and transportation fuels. He holds environmental engineering degrees from Purdue University (B.S.) and Clemson University (M.S.), and a Ph.D. in Land Resources from UW–Madison.
