In this Sustainable Energy Seminar, Dr. Mark Copelovitch, Professor of Political Science and Public Affairs, will discuss the political economy of climate, energy, and economic sanctions. He will discuss how power, international institutions, global finance, and domestic politics affect the tradeoffs and challenges facing the US, EU, China, and Russia currently and in the years ahead.
