Dr. Styliani Avraamidou is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Prior to joining UW–Madison in 2021, Dr. Avraamidou was a postdoctoral research associate and then an assistant research scientist at Texas A&M University's Energy Institute. She holds a MEng and a Ph.D. from the Department of Chemical Engineering at Imperial College London, under the supervision of Professor E. N. Pistikopoulos.

Dr. Avraamidou's research focuses on the development of tools for the understanding, analysis, and optimization of the interconnected circular economy supply chains.
