Jack Huddleston's international research and policy work focuses on rationalization of countrywide energy markets; energy policies affecting the poor (e.g. kerosene subsidies); and industrial restructuring. His domestic work focuses on the economics of wind and solar technology adoption; local government fiscal impacts associated with alternative energy developments; low-income energy assistance programs; and economic and fiscal impacts of energy system development.
