| UW Dairy Innovation Hub

The UW–Madison College of Agricultural and Life Sciences (CALS) recently selected ten projects for funding through the Dairy Innovation Hub initiative. One project selected came from WEI affiliate Victor Ujor who will lead a team working on converting cheese whey and whey permeate to 1,2 propanediol, a precursor to plastics, adhesives, and coatings.
