On Monday, September 26, UW–Madison assistant professor of mechanical engineering Natalie Rudolph will give a free public seminar at 3:30 PM in room 1115 of the Wisconsin Energy Institute on creating cooling systems in power plants using 3D printed heat exchangers. There, students and the general public can learn how Rudolph is using the remarkable and flexible design capabilities of 3D printing to improve heat exchanger technology and increase energy efficiency.
