Dr. Tracey Holloway is a professor at the University of Wisconsin—Madison, jointly appointed in the Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies and the Department of Atmospheric and Ocean Sciences. Her research is focused on the intersection of air quality, energy, climate, and public health.

Holloway serves as the Team Lead for the NASA Health and Air Quality Applied Sciences Team, which connects NASA data with stakeholder interests in air quality management and public health, as well as the NASA Commercial Impact Hub for Energy Decision—Making. 

Holloway has been recognized as a Member in the National Academy of Medicine, a Union Fellow of the American Geophysical Union (AGU), and a recipient of the AGU Ascent Award, and other awards for her research, teaching, and mentoring activities. She graduated from college with a major in Applied Math from Brown University. She then continued on for a PhD in Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences from Princeton University.
