Kaitlin joined the Wisconsin Energy Institute in 2025 as an Outreach Specialist. Before joining WEI, she taught high school science and served as the event manager at Olbrich Botanical Gardens' Blooming Butterflies event for several summers. At WEI, she coordinates school field trips, engages with a wide range of audiences at community events, and supports a variety of outreach programs. Kaitlin earned a M.Ed. in STEM Education from the American College of Education and holds a B.S. in Biology and a B.S. in Broadfield Science from UW-Platteville.
