Create and maintain a positive professional working relationship with architects, engineers, contractors and stakeholders on commissioning projects.
Manage the commissioning project including:
• Preparation of timelines for each commissioning activity, tracking and reporting on these activities throughout the project.
• Coordinate all commissioning work to be performed in-house and by other members of the project commissioning team.
• Ensure that any commissioning activity not being performed correctly is identified and brought to the attention of the responsible members of the commissioning team, and a resolution is found.
Prepare commissioning plans, construction checklists, system performance tests, systems manuals and all other required commissioning documentation.
Document performance shortfalls and recommend corrective measures.
Prepare final internal closeout report indicating what worked well and what needed improvement in the commissioning process.
Follow-up with all parties involved to ensure all were satisfied with the service that was provided.
Assist in the preparation of proposals for new commissioning work.
